Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Service Technician I As a Service Technician I you will be responsible for handling, inspecting, and preparing waste for the incineration process.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Service Technician I As a Service Technician I you will be responsible for handling, inspecting, and preparing waste for the incineration process.
- Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and consistently maintaining safe practices
- Loads and/or unloads drums and containers from trucks in a safe and compliant manner
- Processes and/or stores hazardous waste materials
- Weighs and breaks down large containers to consolidate into smaller containers
- Samples and inspects all containers as they are received at the facility
- Drives forklift to retrieve drums and containers from storage; operates computer and conveyor
- Transports/positions trailers and tankers for collection of slag and ash
- Maintains a clean work area
- Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous forklift experience (preferred)
- Previous firefighting experience (preferred)
- HAZWOPER Certificate (preferred)
