Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and skilled Plumbing Field Service Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical prowess while delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients comfortable and their systems running smoothly.
We provide the truck, fuel card, equipment, iPad, and iPhone for ServiceTitan access plus commission on all sold estimates. You bring your experience and expertise.
Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems, plumbing fixtures, refrigeration units, or related equipment.
- Conduct appliance repairs and equipment maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency, and longevity of systems.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify root causes of system failures and execute precise repairs or replacements.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports for all performed tasks in our ServiceTitan platform
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and recommending preventative maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in plumbing or related fields.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with construction service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications such as EPA refrigerant handling license or state-specific licenses are a plus but not mandatory.
