Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler has primary duties that include planning and scheduling of maintenance and E&I work in an industrial setting. This position will work closely with Maintenance Manager. The planner/scheduler will be responsible for parts and equipment procurement.
Essential FunctionsRequirements:
- Ensures HealthSafety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Work with vendors and purchasing department for parts, materials and equipment procurement. Write requisitions using CMMS software
- Perform tasks related to the development and tracking job plans and schedules.
- Gather and input data into CMMS Software Programs.
- Maintain schedule and update.
- Gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports.
- Evaluates critical path, manpower, resources, equipment
- Develop schedule from documentation.
- Attend planning meetings with production and maintenance team to discuss future work to be planned and roadblocks from backlog.
- Assist Maintenance managers in keeping schedules current.
Education:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
