Monday-Friday, 10am-630pm, $23-26 per hour

Duties
- Assist with human resource management activities including talent acquisition and employee orientation
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational design planning initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion while supporting HR systems
- Coordinate training & development programs, employee relations activities, and conflict management efforts
- Support social media and internal communication platforms
Experience
- Previous experience in an HR department or administrative role supporting human resources functions is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and communicate effectively across teams
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
