What You’ll Do
As a Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:
- Hiring, training, developing, and coaching team members
- Leading and directing daily employee work and performance
- Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standards
- Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization
- Engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Working in various restaurant positions as needed
- Managing inventory, ordering, and supply levels
- Recording sales, payroll, expenses, and financial data
- Preparing cash deposits and maintaining financial accountability
- Creating and managing the unit budget
- Coordinating local marketing initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and food safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organized, dependable, and able to perform independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and recordkeeping
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule Expectations:
This role typically requires approximately 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Experience & Education
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
- At least 1 year in a management role preferred
- High School Diploma preferred
