Arctic Circle Restaurants is looking to hire a Company Store Area Representative.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and will be able to assist and support 10 Corporate-owned locations. The position requires strong leadership skills and knowledge of the Arctic Circle or QSR systems. Experience working in a restaurant and managing people will be benifical Some of the needed job abilities are as follows:
- Hold 10 Company Managers and staff accountable
- Desire to lead
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to perform in all areas of an Arctic Circle operation
- Proficient in labor and food cost controls
- Proven track record of increased sales
- Professional grooming and attire
- Proficient communication skills
- Routine daily travel
- Proficient in local store marketing
- Self starter
- experience in team building
- Train and implement strategies and procedures
- Perform audits
- Willing and comfortable having hard conversations
- Excel, Word, and other software skills are helpful, but not required
