SUMMARY:
As the General Manager of HVAC, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization. This includes managing a team of professionals, ensuring efficient project delivery, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide effective leadership to the management team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
- Monitor and manage resource allocation to meet demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales team to identify new business opportunities and designate price book.
- Coordinate, evaluate, and supervise the workflow of all employees at Arctic to ensure goals, standards, objectives, and policies are understood and met.
- Monitor & evaluate all business activities at Arctic for consistency and coaching opportunities.
- Develop and manage the organization’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Enforce quality control standards to uphold the company's commitment to excellence.
- Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as directed by leader.

Salary : $170,000 - $210,000
