Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in home, providing solutions to a wide variety of HVAC needs
- Establish customer rapport to educate the customer and educate customers on their options for products and services
- Work closely with office team and installation team to ensure efficient and smooth process through completion
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing projects
- Be the primary point of contact through duration of the project, including home visit after the project is complete to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Answer questions and educate potential customers on the steps required to add products to their home
- Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with potential customers in Service Titan
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
- Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
- Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance
- Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment
- Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Minimum of 3-years of sales experience in the trades (HVAC experience is required)
- Project management preferred
- Learn and utilize Service Titan software.
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Physically able to access attics and crawl spaces
- Able to endure weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
Pay: 100% Commission
