Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Managing Director at ArcStone Securities based in New York, Toronto or Florida. Can be remote as well. The Managing Director will lead client engagements relating to mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and strategic advisory services. Key responsibilities include originating and managing client relationships, overseeing transaction processes, preparing and delivering presentations, conducting financial analyses, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve clients’ goals. The role involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the firm's network and business opportunities.
Qualifications
