A&R Behavioral Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our growing team on a fee-for-service basis. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build or expand their caseload while making a meaningful impact.
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Insurance-based reimbursement (Medicaid and commercial payers)
Location: Remote and/or in-person (based on state and service area)
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-person settings
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state(s) where services will be provided (e.g., LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred (Not Required):
- Active Medicaid Provider Number (highly preferred)
- Experience working with Medicaid populations and documentation requirements
- Experience providing telehealth services
