Receptionist – Arcola Creek Health & Rehabilitation
Arcola Creek Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team at our brand-new skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Madison, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
- Assist with visitor sign-in and facility security procedures.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to facility leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive, welcoming environment consistent with Arcola Creek's Culture of Care.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, clerical, customer service, healthcare, or long-term care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn facility software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Must be dependable and able to work as scheduled.
