Job Summary
Arcola Creek Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and motivated Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to lead our environmental services team. This position oversees the daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents while maintaining compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support housekeeping and laundry staff.
- Schedule, train, and coach team members.
- Ensure resident rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Oversee laundry services, including linens and resident personal clothing.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and facility policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional resident care.
- Assist with department staffing and perform housekeeping or laundry duties as needed.
