Creative Specialist (Digital Strategy & Sales Enablement)

We are seeking a highly influential, performance-oriented Creative Specialist to be a strategic visual leader and catalyst for growth within our sales and marketing support team. This role is expected not only to execute high-impact design but also to elevate the overall quality, creativity, and strategic thinking across our entire support function by implementing structured, repeatable processes.

The ideal candidate is an expert at transforming complex business information into visually compelling, easy-to-digest, and persuasive content, blending a strong design aesthetic with a strategic, data-driven mindset. We require a professional who is highly driven, possesses notable grit, maintains disciplined time management, and approaches every challenge with humility and a passion for continuous refinement.

Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or a related technical industry is strongly preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Process Leadership & Team Elevation

• Process Development & Discipline:Design, implement, and maintain structured creative workflows, from initial intake and prioritization to client review and final asset delivery. Ensure these processes allow for consistent, high-quality, and reliable output across all projects.
• Elevating Team Standards:Act as a creative mentor and expert resource for the sales and marketing support teams, guiding them on design best practices, strategic visual communication, and the innovative use of media to raise the bar on all external-facing materials consistently.
  
  

Digital Strategy & Sales Enablement

• Sales Presentation Innovation:Partner directly with sales and executive teams to develop high-impact presentations, driving visual storytelling and sophisticated data visualization.
• Proposal & Documentation Design:Lead the design and layout of critical, high-stakes business documents, primarily client proposals and pitch decks, to significantly increase persuasiveness.
• Ad Design & Production:Conceptualize, design, and rapidly produce a high volume of digital assets for social media and display networks, focusing on performance optimization through A/B testing.
• Data Visualization & Infographics:Design and illustrate compelling infographics that translate technical data, processes, or research into clear, easily retained visual narratives.
  
  

Creative Direction & Environmental Branding

• Experiential Interior Graphics:Lead the conceptualization and design of compelling experiential graphics for office spaces, lobbies, and corporate environments.
• Physical & Environmental Branding:Design creative and provoking signage for job sites, tradeshow marketing, and promotional print collateral.
• Video & Motion Graphics Direction:Serve as the visual lead for video projects, including developing storyboards and shot lists, providing on-set guidance, and directing the development of motion graphics.
  
  

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or creative direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A Master's degree is considered a plus but is not required.
• Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or a similar highly technical professional services industry (e.g., software, complex manufacturing, or consulting) is strongly preferred.
  
  

Technical & Software Proficiency

• Adaptability & Innovation:Must be able to adapt quickly to new tools and challenges, keeping pace with evolving creative software trends, AI integrations, and new production technologies.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite:Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Print Production Knowledge:Deep understanding of color modes, resolution requirements, bleed, and formatting for large-format printing and environmental graphics.
• Motion & Video:High proficiency with Adobe After Effects (or equivalent) for motion graphics.
• Mastery of Presentation Software:Advanced skills in PowerPoint.
