A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones with ease
- Managing event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution
- Drafting and scheduling social media content that drives engagement and builds ARCO’s employer brand
- Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date
- Partnering with universities and career centers to strengthen relationships and boost candidate pipelines
- Sourcing talent using LinkedIn and other creative channels
- Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruiters
- Coordinating virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development
- Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or ATS platforms is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in either Atlanta or Philadelphia
