Project Management Internship
Arclin USA is seeking to add up to two (2) detail oriented and responsible Intern (s) to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Strategy & Enterprise PMO Team this individual will play a key role by providing on-going support and value throughout the organizations Project Management efforts. You’ll gain exposure to real-world project planning, coordination, and implementation practices while working closely with experienced cross-functional teams.
Location: This is a Hybrid role (2 days in office per week) with our headquarters in Alpharetta, GA
Duration: This Internship will be from June 1st - August 14th (with flexibility to extend)
Project Management Internship Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain clear project schedules highlighting the critical path and key milestones for projects you will support the project manager.
- Update and maintain standardized project planning & implementation templates and processes, closing following PMI standards
- Assist Senior project managers with project deliverables (scope, timeline, cost, quality, etc).
- Maintain welcoming and responsive rapport with internal customers to ensure customer delight requirements are being satisfied
Project Management Internship Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate, graduate student, or recent grad (December 25/May 26) who is in the Atlanta area that is majoring in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or Industrial & Systems Engineering (with a project management focus).
- Individuals should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Project or Planner, or other similar project management tools.
- MS Teams and/or Power Automate experience is a plus.
- Previous project management or internship experience is a bonus.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and a proactive mindset.
