Responsibilities

• Greets Members in a cheerful and welcoming manner. Building professional and positive relationships with all Members & Guests
• Assists all participants through the sign-in process to utilize the Facilities.
• Maintains a general knowledge and understanding of membership & guest privileges at The Club. Knowledgeable of all club events, operations, and activities. Answers questions regarding the Club. Informs and educates members on the rules, regulations, and policies of the Club.
• Presents an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude. Has an outgoing personality and good communication skills. Must be a team player, cooperative, and willing to participate in any given task or activity.
• Adheres to all sanitation and cleaning protocols to keep Fitness and Pool grounds clean and orderly.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the offered fitness equipment.
• Implements all water safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps management informed of problems and provides feedback from members.
• Recognizes and responds effectively and efficiently to all unsafe conditions or emergencies.
• Punctual to all shifts and wears the designated uniform while at work.
• Attends all required meetings.
  
  

Requirements

• CPR/AED training and certification recommended.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
