This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with daily golf shop operations, and supporting an outstanding overall golf experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Process tee times, check in golfers, and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Handle merchandise sales including apparel, equipment, and accessories
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and general inquiries
- Support tournament operations and daily play coordination
- Provide knowledge of course offerings, memberships, and promotions
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising displays
- Previous retail, hospitality, or golf course experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of golf and golf terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using POS systems and booking software
- Must be available mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
