This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, first-class environment for members, guests, and team members.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of consistency and attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced private club environment.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time position. Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings depending on club events and operational needs.
Compensation

Full-Time Facilities / Housekeeper

Position Summary
The Manor Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-minded Full-Time Facilities / Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the Club. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, first-class environment for members, guests, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the clubhouse, locker rooms, restrooms, dining areas, offices, fitness areas, and other assigned club spaces.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, window cleaning, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
- Ensure all restrooms and locker rooms are fully stocked with paper products, soap, towels, and other necessary supplies.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning before, during, and after club events, member functions, and private parties.
- Monitor assigned areas throughout the day to ensure they remain clean, organized, and member-ready.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damaged equipment, or supply needs to management in a timely manner.
- Support the facilities team with light maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and club standards.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to members, guests, and fellow team members.
- Assist with seasonal deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed.
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, facilities, hotel, country club, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, polished environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication.
- Ability to follow direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts based on club needs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as required.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and setup tasks.
