We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance, repair, and overall operational performance of a portfolio of more than 80 restaurant locations. This role is responsible for ensuring all facilities are safe, fully operational, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements while supporting an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.
The Facilities Manager will oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs, vendor and contractor performance, capital repair and replacement projects, construction support, CMMS administration, facilities budgets, and asset lifecycle management. This position partners closely with Operations, Property Management, Finance, and Construction to develop and execute strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce operating costs, minimize restaurant downtime, and maximize the long-term value of company assets
.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience managing multi-site restaurant or retail facilities, strong project management and budgeting skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
