What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create a welcoming and professional bar atmosphere
- Interact with Members and guests in a friendly and engaging manner
- Make drink and food recommendations
- Maintain full knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine offerings
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Accurately handle payments and tabs
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Communicate effectively with service staff and kitchen
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help create a fun and enjoyable Member experience
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and service
- Bartending experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
