Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- The Assistant General Manager works collaboratively with the General Manager and Department Head Managers in running the operations of the club. This role is responsible for building event programing, maintaining established operational standards, monitoring financial forecasting and results, and effectively leading the team to produce the best result for the club.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-caliber experiences and have an established track record of success in a leadership role overseeing golf, retail, and food & beverage.
- Have a growth mentality that works in concert with improving our staff interactions with guests.
- Create and manage new systems, processes and services that create exceptional guest experience and club results.
- Ensure the proper controls are in place to accurately track revenues, payroll, inventory and expenses.
- Develop department managers and key employees to achieve maximum performance and achieve all initiatives and goals.
- Oversee the golf operations at the club which include two 18-hole courses, one 12-hole executive course and a 9-hole putting course.
- Recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of all staff including the tournament coordinator, assistant professionals, outside assistants, mechanic, starters and on-course hosts
- Oversee the reservation system, starting, and monitoring of play
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, including forecasting and reviewing of all golf revenues and expenses on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Maintain and oversee a profitable merchandise concession that is consistent with patron demographics and needs
- Implement cash and systems controls to ensure the safekeeping of assets, inventory and resources
- Oversee and manage the golf operation and work cooperatively with other departments. The position will promote an exceptional "golf experience," and provide excellent services and programs to all patrons.
- Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls.
- Shift management includes nights and weekends to ensure staff members are providing excellent guest service.
- Four years of hospitality, customer service and management experience preferred
- Ability to develop team members
- Effective communication and listening skills to meet and exceed our member, guest and team member expectations
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Ability to create & manage SOPs for all departments.
