Role Description
The Membership Consultant will play a key role in growing ArchWell Health’s community of members, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with potential members, their families, and local organizations. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective members, educating them on the value of ArchWell Health's services, and achieving membership enrollment goals through personalized outreach efforts. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Oklahoma City, OK, with the flexibility for remote work as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Membership Sales and overall membership growth
- Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and build meaningful relationships
- Strong Sales experience and skills, including prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with diverse individuals and groups
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Experience in proactive outreach, community engagement, or working with older adults is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
