**Full-Time Psychiatrist – Day Shift (M–F)**
Requirements
• Must be licensed to practice Psychiatry in the State of Arkansas
• Eligible for Medical Staff privileges
• Prior inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
Physical Requirements
• Typical office environment
• Must be able to sit, walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
• May be exposed to airborne or infectious materials
• This is a safety-sensitive position
Job Summary
• Provide psychiatric care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Assess patients, develop diagnoses, and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• May consult in various settings including acute care, clinics, and nursing homes
• Responsible for supervising assigned staff and using independent judgment
