• Choose between:
o 2 weeks of night coverage per month (call from home), OR
o Day shifts with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 1 week on / 1 week off rotation
• Call-from-home model with in-house CRNA and OB CRNA support
• MD-led, CRNA-supported care team model
Practice Highlights:
• Supervision of a diverse case mix (no burns, cardiac, or transplants)
• Limited trauma exposure
