• Practice Type: Community-based, ambulatory primary care clinics
• Patient Population: Adults and youth with a range of mental health and substance use disorders
• Call/Work Schedule: Ambulatory, clinic-based
• Practice Highlights:
o Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management
o Partner with primary care providers to deliver integrated psychiatric care
o Mix of new and follow-up patients
o Medical assistant support for patient care coordination, insurance pre-authorization, and caseload management

• Required Qualifications:
