Position Overview

The PMHNP provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns.

A significant portion of our referrals involve clients seeking support for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), executive functioning challenges, attention concerns, and related symptoms. We are seeking a provider who enjoys working with this population and can thoughtfully assess, educate, and support clients throughout the treatment process.

Our goal is not simply medication management, but helping clients better understand themselves, improve functioning, and develop meaningful strategies for long-term success.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable:

  • Collaborating with therapists and psychologists regarding diagnostic clarification.

  • Working with both stimulant and non-stimulant treatment approaches when clinically appropriate.
  • Helping clients identify strengths, develop coping strategies, and improve daily functioning.

**You do not need to provide formal ADHD testing or neuropsychological evaluations. Our psychologists and therapy team support diagnostic clarification when needed. We are seeking a provider who enjoys treating ADHD and helping clients manage symptoms, not someone whose practice is exclusively evaluation-focused.**
