Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers across designated geographic regions through door-to-door product and service introductions.
• Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to generate new leads and sales.
• Track customer engagements and sales through company-provided sales entry tools.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure all customer touchpoints are captured as part of each customer's historical record.
• Provide ongoing communication and regular updates to the sales management team (e.g., daily door-knock reports, dispositions, and weekly work plans).
• Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing on the preparation of sales strategies.
• Contribute to the team's success by meeting established goals.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude is a must!
• Be organized, productive, persistent, and confident (i.e., overcome challenges, close sales, and manage and grow the customer pipeline).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Prioritize customer experience and long-term customer relationships through memorable, personalized interactions.
• Highly efficient with time management, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Understand that this team works as a collective unit—be open and flexible to new ideas.
• Operate with a strong ethical compass.

Compensation

• $37,200 per year Uncapped Commission
