What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Lab Technician - Textiles position at Archroma U.S., Inc.?
This is a temporary role in our Charlotte Textile laboratory.
Responsibilities:
- Safely work in a laboratory atmosphere in adherence with Archroma's SOPs and local EHS regulations
- Perform physical tests on fabrics and other products, evaluate data results and formulate reports
- Troubleshoot problems
- Communicate situations and issues
- Perform work area housekeeping duties to maintain a Safe Work Environment
- Other duties as assigned
Background:
- HS or GED required, Associate's in related field preferred
- At least 2 years experience in Textile Dye Application
- Strong math skills needed
- Knowledge of Outlook and Excel necessary
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able and willing to follow directions
