Position: Branch Admin
Position Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: $23.00/Hour
Location: Dallas, TX 75220
The following is a list of job duties for the Branch Services Admin position. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming inquiries from internal branches via phone, fax, or email.
- Handle replenishment tasks.
- Manage daily orders and purchasing, including pickups for branches.
- Oversee daily shipping operations.
- Direct customer inquiries appropriately.
- Route orders according to branch instructions.
- Expedite existing orders as needed.
- Investigate any issues with orders.
- Address branches' concerns to improve performance.
- Manage emergency shipments using air freight.
- Coordinate Hot Shot pickup and shipping.
- Audit restock pull paperwork.
- Monitor open orders for branches.
- Correct any transfer variances.
- Implement inventory control processes, including negative and low stock patrol and cycle counting.
- Oversee the pulling and packing of replenishment orders.
- Keep restock schedules on track.
- Maintain relationships with branches.
- Assist with branch returns.
- Provide potential after-hours support for branches.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of products to present them professionally to our branches, ensuring the best service in the industry.
Preferred Candidate Skills:
- High school diploma (GED not acceptable).
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Computer skills are preferred.
- Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful.
- A clean background and driving record are required.
- A valid driver's license and Social Security card are necessary.
