We are seeking a junior or senior interior design student who is creative, organized, and passionate about design—and eager to learn how interior designers contribute within an architectural firm.

What You’ll Learn & Experience
- Organize and maintain the materials library.
- Assist with identifying and ordering standard material samples.
With guidance from our interior design team, you’ll have opportunities to:
- Research and assist with material and finish selections.
- Prepare material boards, finish schedules, and design documentation.
- Assist with drafting and contract documents.
- Support rendering efforts using design software.
- Attend client meetings, design team meetings, and site visits.
- Participate in product manufacturer and representative meetings.
- Help prepare client presentation materials and meeting minutes.
- Assist with Revit updates and design documentation during meetings
- Prepare project close-out binders.
- Update corporate interior design standards and contact lists.
What We’re Looking For
- Junior or Senior Interior Design student enrolled in an accredited institution.
- Experience using Revit, Enscape, Sketchup, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Bluebeam, or similar rendering software.
- Can juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and following through.
- Are comfortable asking questions and seeking direction as you learn.
- Collaborate well in a team environment while working independently with guidance.
- Bring strong interpersonal skills, including listening, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
- Think creatively and bring fresh ideas to design challenges.
