The Junior Project Manager will work closely with Senior Project Managers, production teams, installers, vendors, and clients to help coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in construction, signage, fabrication, architecture, or project coordination. candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and can help keep projects moving efficiently across all departments. ilities Senior Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination* Track p roject schedules, milestones, and deliverables* Coordin ate with fabrication, installation, graphics, and purchasing teams* Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and clients regarding project updates* Manage project documentation including submittals, permits, drawings, and approvals* Help ma intain project timelines using Monday.com and internal tracking systems* Coordin ate shipping logistics, site schedules, and installation planning* Attend internal coordination meetings and client calls* Review drawings, renderings, and production updates for accuracy* Assist with change orders, project closeouts, punch lists, and invoicing coordination* Support field teams and troubleshoot project-related issues as needed tions rs of project coordination or project management experience preferred* Experie nce in signage, construction, architecture, fabrication, millwork, or related industries is a plus* Strong organizational and communication skills* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously* Profici ency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)* Experie nce with Monday.com, Bluebeam, or project management software preferred* Ability to read construction drawings/shop drawings is a plus* Self-mo tivated with strong attention to detail* Team-or iented mindset with willingness to learn and grow ffer nity to work on large-scale and recognizable projects* Growth within a rapidly expanding company* Collabo rative and fast-paced team environment* Hands-o n exposure to the full lifecycle of architectural signage projects* Competi tive compensation based on experience
