What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECRUITER position at Architectural Fabrication?
Architectural Fabrication is a turnkey provider of architectural metals. Our organization consists of business, engineering and management roles along with complete manufacturing and construction skilled trade positions. This key role will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting by using experienced sourcing methods and collaborating closely with hiring managers. This role must be an independent self starter, resourceful and possess strong organizational and communication skills to bring in the best talent for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs across the organization including professional, skilled trade and manufacturing environment
Implement recruiting best practices to attract and retain top talent, while building a strong employer brand, and managing recruitment resources effectively and efficiently
Source candidates to meet job description profiles and build a diverse talent pool for current and future staffing needs
Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for both field and office positions
Ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless hiring process
Utilize passive sourcing and recruiting techniques including, but not limited to, referrals, databases, job boards, social media, career events, and networks
Manage candidate data tracking in real-time within the Applicant Tracking System tool
Track key recruiting metrics, such as time to fill, time to hire, and source effectiveness, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process
Analyze job requirements and develop unique recruitment initiatives to attract top talent
Attributes/Experience/Skills:
2 years of full cycle recruitment including proactive sourcing & utilization of all resources available to attract qualified candidates
Skilled trades recruitment experience, preferably HVAC
Applicant tracking system and CRM experience
Bilingual
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
