This role serves as a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) administrator responsible for developing solutions or recommended courses of action to address the needs of system users, managers, and stakeholders.

Specialized experience: Candidates for the GS-09 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates all of the following: Working knowledge of the use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) for building and construction projects (i.e. e-builder, Kahua, Aconex, Oracle Univer, ProjetTeam or equivalent software application). Assist senior analyst with user support. Troubleshoot non-technical issues. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR Combination of education and experience: An equivalent combination of the specialized experience and the graduate-level education described above. For the GS-11: You must have the following:
Specialized experience: Candidates for the GS-11 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower GS-09 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates all of the following: Broad knowledge of the use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) for building and construction projects (i.e. e-builder, Kahua, Aconex, Oracle Univer, ProjetTeam or equivalent software application). Provide user support and training. Troubleshoot technical and/or non-technical issues. Develop reports and documenting workflow processes. OR Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. OR Combination of education and experience. An equivalent combination of the specialized experience and the graduate-level education described above.
