Responsibilities
- Independently work on 2-3 small projects at a time. Develop and communicate design concepts in collaboration with the team.
- Create project presentations and present work during client meetings
- In charge of day-to-day communication and interfacing with client teams under supervision of Partners
- Produce and execute project deliverables including project schedule, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Drawing sets, schedules, and specification
- Working knowledge of NYC building codes and LPC and DOB permitting process.
- Coordinate project sub-consultants such as MEP, structural and lighting designers
- Proficient in Construction Administration, review of shop drawings, drafting RFI responses, and providing clarification sketches as needed
- Minimum 5 post-degree years of experience at an architecture office, including experience on the Design and Construction phases of architecture projects
- Experience with production of Construction Documents and managing Construction Administration
- Excellent English language communication and client-facing skills
- Proficient in Revit, Autocad & Adobe Creative Suite.
- Currently living in NYC and available to start soon.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States, without need for employer sponsorship.
