Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Business Development Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing, communications, and proposal efforts. This role will lead the firm’s social media and digital presence while assisting with proposal preparation, qualifications packages, and marketing materials. The position plays an important role in communicating the firm’s work and supporting business development initiatives.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, design-focused studio environment while helping position the firm for new opportunities. This position is available immediately.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Business Development Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing, communications, and proposal efforts. This role will lead the firm’s social media and digital presence while assisting with proposal preparation, qualifications packages, and marketing materials. The position plays an important role in communicating the firm’s work and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s social media presence, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with project milestones, awards, press, and office initiatives
- Write and edit content that communicates the firm’s design work, culture, and achievements
- Monitor engagement and provide basic analytics and insights related to digital outreach
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and qualification packages
- Format proposals, resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain and update the firm’s website, including project uploads, news updates, and portfolio content
- Coordinate and organize project sheets, resumes, photography, and marketing assets
- Support principals and project teams with business development pursuits and marketing initiatives
- Research potential pursuits, clients, and project opportunities
- Track proposal submissions, awards, and firm marketing activities
- Support the preparation of award submissions, publications, and press materials
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or proposal coordination
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or design industry strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign required; experience with Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
- Experience preparing RFP/RFQ responses and qualification packages
- Experience managing social media accounts for a professional or design-focused organization
- Strong graphic layout, writing, and editing skills
- Experience managing or updating websites (CMS platforms such as WordPress preferred)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and concurrent pursuits
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
- Interest in architecture, design, and the built environment
