We're hiring a Designer I/II at REALM in Columbus, Ohio.

REALM is a public space design studio that works upstream of the traditional project process, helping clients define vision before scope, then carrying that work all the way through implementation. We're a tightly knit team of intentional experts looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity.

The right candidate thinks seriously about cities and public life, communicates well through drawing and writing, and is ready to work closely alongside senior leadership from day one. You don't need a lot of structure to thrive. You want proximity to real decisions and real design work.

You Bring

• - A BLA or equivalent, plus 1 to 4 years in a design-focused practice
• - Passion for urban design and placemaking
• - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, or similar
• - LA licensure or active pursuit of it a plus
  
  

This is a full-time, in-person role in Columbus. We're open to candidates relocating from outside the market
