Key Responsibilities - What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with a Senior Architect in the development of a project from schematic design through end of construction.
- Draft architectural drawings for SD, DD and CD Phases.
- Material research and technical detailing
- Attend client planning calls and take meeting notes
- Attending site visits and meetings with Senior Architect
- Coordinate consultant teams
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a project leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience with high-end residential projects (townhouses and custom homes strongly preferred). NYC construction drawing set experience is a plus.
- Strong command of design development, technical detailing, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency and experience in consultant coordination
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding and curiosity of materials and construction systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design and technical rigor.
