Qualifications
- 6 - 8 plus years of work experience in architecture and design
- B. Arch, M. Arch or equivalent
- Proficiency in Revit (or equivalent software)
- Proficiency in in Adobe Creative suite
- Experience with permitting in the City of Los Angeles , Culver City and Santa Monica Preferred.
- Experience in all phases of the Design Process – From Pre Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration
- Support the project team in project development from the schematic design phase through construction documents and Construction Adminstration
- Support the project team with schedules of deliverables and manage design teams’ production, including design drawings, construction documents, and material specifications
- Coordinate with project consultants
- Contribute to the production, coordination, and accuracy of the of the drawing set, inclusive of 3D BIM models and all project documents as required
