We are seeking a Junior Architect at our office in Brooklyn, New York.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with preparation of presentations for clients
• Drafting / detailing residential drawing sets for construction
• Drafting residential drawing sets for Dept of Building and Landmarks filings
• Assisting with construction administration duties
• Attending select OAC meetings during Construction Administration
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience
• Minimum education: Bachelor of Architecture
• Experience in architectural drafting and detailing
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite
• AutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plus
• Ability to hand sketch, a plus
• Experience working on high-end, single-family residential projects, a plus
• Experience with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus
