Position Summary
The Designer assists with the development of design and presentation documents, with an emphasis on helping the team document the design goals for each project. Designers are expected to formulate designs that are conducive to the project’s intended purposes and scale. Each Designer assists the project team with recommendations, which requires independent judgment in evaluation and of building materials, colors, fixtures, etc. All Designers are expected to identify and help solve problems encountered, with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications Include
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred.
- Basic knowledge or architectural design, development and construction documents.
- Basic understanding of architectural design, site planning, design development and graphic presentation.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit/AutoCAD (latest version) and other graphic and business software and their application in developing and presenting design documents.
- Basic oral and written English communication skills.
