Starting at $18/hr tips. Weekend availability (Saturday Sunday) required. Weekday availability preferred. Open to seasonal candidates if it's a particularly strong fit.
Archery Games is a combination of dodgeball and archery played with foam-tipped arrows, we also host Nerf Wars with nerf Blasters (See archerygamesdenver.com for promotional video). Our facility in eastern Arvada hosts individuals, kid’s/adult’s birthday parties, bachelor parties, corporate events, etc. Archery Games is looking for a few friendly, enthusiastic and confident individuals to join its fun and growing team. While Archery Games provides an extremely active and exciting activity, the player experience largely depends on the host – how well they communicate, the enthusiasm they show and how they control the action.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet and check-in individuals and groups
-Instruct customers on the proper way to shoot a bow (archery experience not required. We'll teach you!)
-Provide game play rules and guidelines
-Supervise and officiate game play
-Promote a fun, safe and competitive environment
-Answer questions and handle feedback
-Ensure the front desk, arena and other areas are clean, orderly and safe for the public
-Properly clean and store equipment upon return
Key Qualifications:
-Reliability
-A passion for sports, recreational activities, fun or education
-Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage groups of up to 20 people
-Experience leading individuals and groups
-Ability to work as part of a team, while also being self-directed
-Strong command of the English language
-Good sense of humor. We promote a fun and energized workplace and want the same from our team.
