In this critical role, you'll take ownership of building and managing best-in-class FSQA systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and third-party partners, to ensure we consistently deliver safe, high-quality products that meet regulatory, customer, and certification standards.

What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 8 years of FSQA leadership experience in USDA/FDA-regulated food or beverage facilities (meat processing experience preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in HACCP, FDA FSMA, SQF/BRC, Allergen Management, and third-party certification programs.
- A proven track record of collaborating with regulatory agencies and internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen compliance.
- Current HACCP and/or FSMA PCQI certifications.
