Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (DOE)

Position Summary: The Tax Accountant will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns, supporting client engagements, and assisting with consulting and advisory projects. - Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
- Conduct tax research and assist in developing practical client solutions
- Participate in audits, reviews, and compilations as needed
- Support consulting and advisory engagements across diverse industries
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information and resolve questions
- Assist with year-end planning and ongoing tax strategy development
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment and support firm-wide initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred
- 2–5 years of public accounting experience (tax-focused)
- Solid understanding of tax laws and accounting principles
- Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Interest in participating in all aspects of client engagements, not just tax return preparation
