We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Associate to join our team in Downtown Miami, FL. The Collections Associate will be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable activity, making collection calls and emails, generating and reviewing aging reports, following up with clients, and ensuring timely payment collection across 33 firms.
This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a client-focused mindset to support smooth billing and collections operations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Associate to join our team in Downtown Miami, FL. The Collections Associate will be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable activity, making collection calls and emails, generating and reviewing aging reports, following up with clients, and ensuring timely payment collection across 33 firms.
This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a client-focused mindset to support smooth billing and collections operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, and review Aging Reports for multiple firms.
- Make outbound collection calls and send follow-up communications to clients regarding outstanding balances.
- Collect, and process payments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with firm contacts to resolve discrepancies and client inquiries.
- Escalate delinquent accounts according to established collection procedures.
- Maintain organized records of all AR activities and communication.
Salary : $22 - $26
