Position Overview


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our California office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.


You will be responsible for assisting clients with policy servicing, answering questions, and supporting the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities


  • Provide prompt, professional service to clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
  • Process endorsements, certificates, and other policy documents
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system
  • Support producers and team members with administrative and service tasks
  • Identify opportunities to round out accounts or refer to sales when appropriate

Requirements


  • Prior insurance experience preferred (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines)
  • Active California insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers and agency management systems
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
