Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional service to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
- Process endorsements, certificates, and other policy documents
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system
- Support producers and team members with administrative and service tasks
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts or refer to sales when appropriate
Requirements
- Prior insurance experience preferred (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines)
- Active California insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and agency management systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
