Archer Group, a division of Lake Holdings Corp is looking for a Data Auditor/ Analyst to join the team. This role drives growth and will help meet our revenue milestones.
This role is heavily driven by research, data entry and analysis, and project management. Working alongside the Data Resource Manager, you will be successful in this role by doing the following: mastering proprietary applications, tools and prioritization of tasks/goals and their deadlines.
The Data Auditor/ Analyst will receive guidance from the Data Resources Manager on auditing procedures, cloud storage backup, and how the completed audit datasets are then bulk-added back into the database. The lists of records with issues are sent to users to provide feedback and promote data accuracy. The database user interface is browser-based and displayed as tables. Exporting the datasets for audit requires no special knowledge. Daily audits are completed in Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Daily audits of user-submitted data.
- Export CSV dataset, complete format correction, and process with bulk scan tools.
- Report on campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness.
- Identify records with incomplete, duplicate, and/or unacceptable fields.
- Research as necessary to confirm the accuracy of user-submitted data.
- Notate issues on records as needed.
- Complete random sample audits of records that passed bulk scan tools.
- Work with in-office personnel to meet deadlines and goals for Archer Group and its initiatives.
- Maintain current understanding of company products and services.
- Draft and send personalized, articulate, and effective emails to decision-makers of various projects and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic excel is a must.
- Must be comfortable creating tables, sorting, filtering, find/replace, and conditional formatting.
- Must have a basic understanding of data comparison formulas in Excel. (IF, VLOOKUP, and UPPER).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Talented, driven, and professional work ethic.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong organizational skills.
