Legal Administrative Assistant (Document Production Specialist)
Target Salary $44,000- $48,000 (contingent on experience)
Archer & Greiner is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant (Document Production Specialist) to join our Document Production Team in our Voorhees office (in person). This is a full-time opportunity with hours Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8pm with an hour for lunch. This position reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Support Staff Manager.
Job Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of law firm experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Availability to work overtime when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365
- E-filing experience in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Federal Courts (a plus)
- Familiarity with Kofax Power PDF, DocXtools and Aderant (a plus)
- College degree (preferred)
