- This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Packaging department of Rice Mill.
- Assist Leadperson in all duties, maintain running of machinery
- Must have good math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilities
- Good attendance
- Not afraid of heights
- Can work overtime each day
- Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
- Assist in completing JSA’s
- Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.
- Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of common hand and power tools
- Must speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual is a plus.
- Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time
- Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels
