Job DescriptionUtility - Arbuckle, CAThis is a full-time, hourly position.Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Packaging department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:Assist Leadperson in all duties, maintain running of machineryMust have good math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilitiesGood attendanceNot afraid of heightsCan work overtime each dayEnforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing JSA's Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAbility to manage a diverse teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationKnowledge of common hand and power toolsMust speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual is a plus.
