Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients across hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, proprietary trading firms, and other buy-side accounts.
- Drive new client acquisition through proactive prospecting, referrals, industry networking, and market engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including client onboarding, account development, revenue generation, and relationship management.
- Identify client trading needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, asset classes, trading strategies, and industry trends.
- Work closely with trading, execution, research, and product teams to deliver a high level of client service.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, networking events, and roadshows.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular business updates and forecasting to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of Institutional sales experiences.
- SFC licensed with Type 2, passed paper 3 exams (Responsible Officer) is advantageous but not required.
- Existing network of hedge fund and institutional investor contacts across Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific.
- Experience covering regional and international institutional clients.
- Knowledge of electronic trading, execution services, prime brokerage, or capital markets solutions.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be advantageous.
